A host with no renovate_user no longer pins ★ Renovate in the repo list. A per-host renovate = true|false in the config file overrides that either way.

Decided: no settings-screen row for it yet; config file only, as asked.

Verification: go test -race ./... all ok, make lint 0 issues. Row rendering and cursor movement are covered by a unit test; not observed in a live terminal. Docs: docs/architecture.md config example updated; design.md unchanged. Small diff, reviewed inline; no subagent review.
