Summary

Renovate never tracked lazyforge's CI tools. Both custom rules used a bare ^…$ regex in managerFilePatterns, which Renovate reads as a glob, so neither matched a file. The pattern came from the shared Renovate guide's example. The guide is being fixed in deadstyle/forgejo#17, which also adds a check that catches this.

golangci-lint and govulncheck: patterns wrapped in /…/. The golangci-lint rule now covers every workflow, because release.yml pins it too.
shellcheck: newly tracked. Both workflows download SHELLCHECK_VERSION: v0.11.0 from its GitHub release, and no rule covered it. It joins the existing "CI tools non-major" group.

Expect the weekly batch to start including these tools.

No ticket. This came out of an instance-wide Renovate audit.

managerFilePatterns entries are globs unless wrapped in /…/, so the bare
^…$ patterns matched no file and golangci-lint and govulncheck were never
tracked. Wrap them, widen golangci-lint to every workflow (release.yml pins
it too), and track the shellcheck release both workflows download.
