Closes #2.

Summary

Adds 8 Renovate PR bodies and 3 Dependency Dashboards from git.bobparsons.dev under internal/core/testdata/renovate/, with format notes. One 793 KB body is trimmed to its table and debug comment. The parsing approach and the per-row update shape are on #2, and the shape is decided in ADR 0006 (#4's MR).

Test plan

Fixtures only. make check runs in CI.
