On a GitLab host, box [3] is titled Pipelines. Forgejo, Gitea and GitHub keep Actions. design.md's [3] row records the PM's answer.

  • make check passed: 13 test packages ok, lint clean (v2.14.0), no format diffs.
  • Mutation check: each of 4 mutations to the title rule made TestBoxThreeTitleFollowsHostKind fail, and only for the forges it affected.
