Closes #17. Closes #13.

Summary

  • Adds the external plan review (docs/plan-review.md). Its findings are folded into tickets #2, #4, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10 and #12, with the plans in the ticket bodies.
  • architecture.md: the Stack section now cites ADR 0001, and the build order is revised to match the review.
  • design.md: records the PM's answers to every #13 question. The headline changes are ★ Renovate's new [1] By repo overview with an impact score, bulk merge carrying on past a failure, the "only merge when green" setting, and R opening the run page.
