The Codex
labsplugin exposed only part of the shared Claude marketplace workflow, and itscomposerinstructions had drifted from the current Claude version. This adds Codex entry points for the missing workflows and updatescomposerand its role prompts to the current source.Changes:
architecture-scan,composer-lite, andgut-check.visualize,quality-baseline,review-army,retro,post-mortem, andcleanup-branchesas explicit-only Codex skills, including the review role prompts and branch classification script.composerand role prompts; route worktree-pinned Codex sessions tocomposer-lite, use project instructions for forge and base branch, and keep shared-worktree test writes separate from test runs.Platform differences retained: Codex does not register Claude's named agents or live HTML Artifacts. Role prompts are included as references, and
visualizewrites a standalone HTML file. The existing Codexsetup-statuslineskill remains a portability note because Claude's status line setting is not a Codex setting.Verification:
validate_plugin.py plugins/labspassed.quick_validate.pypassed for all 14 Codex skills.bash -npassed for the bundledmerged-branches.sh.git diff --cached --checkpassed before commit.
