Problem

PR and issue bodies show as raw markdown. Renovate's update table, rules, bold text, task boxes and hidden HTML comments are unreadable.

Acceptance criteria

Headings, bold/italic, lists (nested), task boxes, quotes, rules and code render styled, wrapped to the pane width.
Tables render as a table when they fit, and as stacked Header: value lines when they don't (fits 80x24).
Hidden HTML comments (, ) don't show.
Links show their text only and are clickable (OSC 8 hyperlink) in terminals that support it; the URL is never printed inline.
Applies to PR and issue bodies, including the ★ Renovate details.

Engineering (decided by Opus)

goldmark parser + own Lip Gloss renderer in internal/ui/markdown; ADR 0014. Single-entry render cache per item and width.
