Problem

Prove the Forgejo and GitHub sync works end to end with a Claude cloud session. This ticket is a throwaway test.

Acceptance criteria

Create docs/sync-test.md containing one line: Sync round trip OK.
Work on a branch named claude/3-sync-test. Do not open a PR on GitHub and do not merge.
