🤖 PM decision: tickets move to GitHub Issues so Claude cloud sessions can see them. Code, MRs and CI stay on Forgejo. Only open Forgejo issue is #19 (Renovate dashboard), which stays. Updates CLAUDE.md and the ticket-workflow, ticket-kickoff, work-queue and ship-it skills; commits reference tickets as GH-N.
