Settings: show and edit the Renovate bot and workflow per host #125

🤖 PM (2026-10-10): Renovate workflow should be configurable on the Settings page, and onboarding should explain it.

Problem

renovate_workflow (and renovate_user) can only be set inside the host Edit flow's Renovate step. The Settings list shows neither, so nobody can see whether N is enabled or why. Onboarding's one-line hint doesn't say the workflow needs a repo input for the one-repo run.

Acceptance criteria

Settings lists, per host, a row for the Renovate workflow (value, or not set (N hidden)) and one for the Renovate bot username, beside the existing per-host rows.
Enter on either row edits it inline and saves to config; an invalid workflow (not owner/repo/file) shows the same error as onboarding and doesn't save.
Saving the workflow takes effect for the connected host without a restart (N appears/disappears).
Onboarding's Renovate step text says the workflow must declare an optional repo input for the one-repo run, and points to the README section.
design.md Settings section updated.
