Part 2 of 3 of #98. Depends on part 1 (box [6]).

Problem

There's no way to see a repo's branches.

Acceptance criteria

[6] Repo → Branches tab lists branches: name, default-branch marker, last commit message and age, and whether the branch has an open PR.
The default branch is first, then by most recent commit.
The right column shows the selected branch's recent commits.
Read-only: no create or delete.
o opens the branch in the browser.
Works on Forgejo/Gitea and GitHub.
docs/design.md and docs/mockup.html updated.

Out of scope

Ahead/behind counts. The PM doesn't want them (they cost one extra API call per branch).
Switching the branch the Files tab browses: #107.
