Part 1 of 3 of #98 (PM-approved design recorded on #98).

Problem

A repo has no place in lazyforge to read its own content. This adds box [6] Repo with its first tab, README.

Acceptance criteria

Box [6] Repo exists on a regular repo, reachable with 6 and tab. It is absent from ★ Renovate.
Details tabs are README · Files · Branches; only README works in this MR, the other two show "coming soon".
README renders as markdown, as PR bodies do, and scrolls with j/k/ctrl-d/ctrl-u.
A repo with no README shows "No README".
Works on Forgejo/Gitea and GitHub.
docs/design.md Boxes table, keymap (1–6) and docs/mockup.html updated.
