Problem

lazyforge has no Releases view yet. Add box [5] Releases ("Releases and tags", Overview tab) as listed in docs/design.md → Boxes.

Acceptance criteria

Box [5] Releases lists the repo's releases, newest first. (PM, 2026-10-09)
Selecting a release shows its notes. (PM, 2026-10-09)
Read-only; o opens the release in the browser, as in the other boxes.
Works on Forgejo/Gitea and GitHub.
docs/design.md and docs/mockup.html updated.

Out of scope

Anything beyond listing releases and showing them. The PM will iterate later.
