Problem

v0.1.0 published only to Forgejo. The GitHub mirror has the code and the tag but no release, so a GitHub visitor has nothing to download. The install script and the updater also depend on the Forgejo server being up.

Acceptance criteria

Publishing a release on Forgejo also creates a GitHub release for the same tag with the same four archives and the checksum file (PM, in conversation)
The install script and the updater fall back to GitHub when the Forgejo server is unreachable (PM, in conversation)
